Description

Our precision roller chain excels in applications that require high dynamic loading and increased wear life.

Available in:
• Single and multi-wide strands
• Riveted or Cotter style
• All chains are available in 10 foot lengths, boxed
• Select chain sizes are available in 50 or 100 foot reels
• Cut-to-length chains are available as special orders

Features:
• Wide waist design on 60H and larger chains for those chains utilized in limited life applications
• Chain sizes 80 and larger are ballized after heat treatment for improved fatigue strength
• Solid bushings for improved wear life; solid rollers for smooth interaction with sprockets
• All Drives® chain exceeds the 30% of tensile strength specified in ANSI B29.1; this allows for minimum to no initial elongation of the chains
• Chains are provided with a hot dip lubrication for improved wear life

Connecting Links:
• Standard connecting links are used when roller chain is operating under normal conditions
• For severe applications, press fit connecting links are suggested
• Spring-clip style connecting links are used for sizes 60H and smaller; Sizes 80 – 180H use a special hardened hook cotter
• Coated T-pins are used on 200, 264 and 240
• Offset links are used when the chain length is an odd number of pitches; however, their fatigue strength is lower than standard chain links. Using offsets should be avoided when possible.
